Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the FaithBridge internet platform, including in particular the user panel (Dashboard).

The FaithBridge service is an interactive tool supporting communication, relationship building, and the spiritual and emotional development of couples.

Use of the Service requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

• User – a natural person with full legal capacity who has created an account on the Service.
• Couple – two Users linked within the Service for the purpose of joint use of its functionalities.
• Dashboard – a personalized control panel available after logging in, providing access to FaithBridge tools.
• User Content – any information, notes, plans, and data entered into the Service by the User.

3. Registration and Usage Rules

Registration on the Service is voluntary and requires providing an e-mail address and establishing a password.

The User undertakes to provide truthful data. The account is assigned to a specific person. It is forbidden to share passwords with third parties, except for functionalities intended for Couples.

The Administrator reserves the right to block an account in the event of a breach of the Terms and Conditions or actions to the detriment of other users.

4. Standards of Behavior and Liability

Principle of Truth: The User undertakes to use the Service in an honest manner. FaithBridge promotes transparency and sincerity in relationships.

Character: FaithBridge is a tool supporting the relationship and is not professional marital/couple therapy.

Prohibition of Unlawful Content: It is forbidden to send content of an unlawful, vulgar, or discriminatory nature, or content that violates the personal rights of third parties via the Service.

Limitation of Liability: The Administrator does not take responsibility for the content of disputes between Users or for the potential breakdown of a relationship. The Service is merely a supporting tool, not a form of professional therapy or psychological counseling.

Technical Interruptions: Due to the technical nature of the platform (Vercel hosting), the Administrator does not guarantee 100% availability of the Service and is not responsible for short-term technical interruptions.

5. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

Data is processed exclusively for the purpose of providing electronic services (account management, Dashboard notifications).

The Service uses SSL encryption to secure communication between the User and the server. Detailed rules for data processing are defined in the Privacy Policy (compliant with GDPR).

6. Intellectual Property

The interface, logo, FaithBridge name, and original tools available in the Dashboard constitute the intellectual property of the Administrator and are subject to legal protection.

The User retains the rights to the content they enter into the Service; however, they grant the Service a license necessary for the technical display of this content within the panel.

7. Termination of Agreement

The User may delete their account at any time, which results in the permanent removal of data from the Service database (subject to data that must be stored in accordance with the law).

The Administrator may terminate the agreement for the provision of electronic services with a 7-day notice period in the event of a planned closure of the platform.

8. Payments and Access Models

§ 1. Subscription Access (Monthly)

Price: 12 EUR per period of 30 calendar days.

Service Nature: This is a recurring subscription. Payment is collected automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Scope: The fee covers access to the full functionality of the Dashboard for both partners (one person pays, the invited partner uses the service free of charge).

Cancellation: The User may cancel the subscription at any time through the account settings. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period, after which it expires for both individuals in the Couple.

No Refunds: Fees for the unused portion of a month are non-refundable if the user decides to stop using the Service before the end of the cycle.

§ 2. Lifetime Access

Price: 49 EUR (one-time fee).

Service Nature: A one-time payment guaranteeing permanent access to the FaithBridge platform without the need for further subscription fees.

Definition of "Lifetime": Lifetime access is understood as the period during which the Service is maintained and publicly available. The Administrator guarantees access to all current and future standard features within this fee.

Transfer: Lifetime access is assigned to the Payer's account. In the event of a change of Partner within the system, the Payer retains the Lifetime status, provided the Service functionality allows for it (according to the principle of "one Payer = one active Couple").

§ 3. Common Payment Rules

"One Payment per Couple" Model: FaithBridge promotes unity; therefore, the financial model assumes that only one person in the couple (the Payer) completes the transaction. The second partner gains full access after accepting the invitation sent by the Payer.

Lack of Access after Payment Cessation: In the monthly model, insufficient funds on the card or a payment error results in the suspension of Dashboard access for both Partners until the outstanding balance is settled.

Price Updates: The Administrator reserves the right to change prices in the future. A change in the monthly subscription price requires notifying the User at least 30 days in advance. Lifetime users are exempt from any price increases for basic access.

9. Complaints and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal: Due to the provision of digital content not recorded on a tangible medium, the User loses the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days if they have started using the Dashboard (logging in, entering data) with their express consent before the expiry of this period.

Refunds: FaithBridge does not offer a voluntary satisfaction guarantee. Refunds are provided only where required by applicable consumer protection law or where the Service is not provided as described.

Reporting: All payment-related issues should be reported to our support contact address.

10. Data Lifecycle and Access Expiration

§ 1. Access Suspension (Sleep Mode)

In the event of non-payment for the next monthly subscription period (12 EUR), access to the Dashboard shall be blocked for both Partners.

Data is not deleted immediately. For a period of 30 days following the expiration of the subscription, data is securely stored in "sleep mode." This allows for the renewal of the subscription and an immediate return to using the Service without losing the relationship history.

§ 2. Archiving and Deletion

After 6 months from the expiration of the last paid subscription (and in the absence of user login), the Administrator reserves the right to permanently delete User Content from the database to optimize server resources.

A User may, at any time, submit a request for the earlier, permanent deletion of all data associated with their account and their Partner's account.

§ 3. Lifetime Model Data

In the Lifetime model, data is stored indefinitely, as long as the Service remains active at FaithBridge's domain.

In the event of no account login for a period exceeding 24 months, the Administrator will send an inquiry to the Payer's email address requesting confirmation of the desire to maintain the account. Failure to respond within 30 days may result in data archiving.

§ 4. Data Export (Right to Portability)

In accordance with the GDPR, every User has the right to request a copy of their data. Users are advised to manually back up any entries important to the couple before closing their account.

§ 5. Separation of the Couple and Data

If one Partner withdraws consent for data processing or requests its deletion, the Administrator is obliged to remove that User's Content. Due to the inseparable nature of the shared Dashboard, this may result in the deletion of the history available to the other Partner.
